My Story

Growing up, I was always the skinny kid in school and unfortunately, that made me a target for bullies. I was weak and defenseless, which made me feel helpless and alone. However, one day, I was pushed beyond my breaking point, and something inside me snapped. I decided to take matters into my own hands and started learning martial arts to improve my mobility and self-defense skills.

In addition to martial arts, I also used to do gymnastics and eventually started bodybuilding at the age of 16. While I initially didn’t take bodybuilding seriously, as I had other activities going on at the time, everything changed when my martial arts and gymnastics journey came to an end. I started to focus on my bodybuilding journey, did a lot of research, and at the age of 23, I’ve become stronger than I ever thought possible.

My journey was not easy. It was mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging. But I made a vow to myself to never be weak and helpless again. I hope to inspire others to become warriors in their own garden, rather than being a gardener in a war zone.

While I may never be able to show my bullies what I’ve become, I can show others that they too can achieve greatness with three simple keys: determination, consistency, and discipline. Hold these three keys close to your heart, and success will follow.
