My Story

During my school days, I was extremely shy and didn’t have many friends. My lack of self-confidence made me conscious of my body, and I would always try to hide it under long-sleeved clothing.

Things changed for the better when I discovered kickboxing at the age of 15/16. I fell in love with the sport, and as I trained, I began to gain confidence in myself. Although I was confident in myself as a fighter, I still felt insecure about my body, so I decided to make a change.

In April 2021, I started going to the gym. At first, it was a humbling experience as my friends were already benching 15kg on each side while I could only manage 2.5kg. But I didn’t let that discourage me. I continued going to the gym every second day, and soon my strength started increasing. I’m now bench pressing 105kg, and I’m determined to keep pushing myself.

Fast forward to 2023, and I feel unstoppable. Despite a busy university schedule, I still manage to hit the gym six days a week, even waking up at 4:30 am to train. The gym has become my second home, and I couldn’t have achieved my goals without the support of my friends.

But I’m not done yet. I’m ready to take my fitness to new heights and set new goals for myself. As I always say, if you’re not willing to make sacrifices, you won’t achieve your goals. So, train hard and train Dranged!
